Production Manager , Garment ( Bogor and Cileungsi)

A leading global garment manufacturing group is currently seeking a Production Manager to join their team in the Bogor/Cileungsi area.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- Proven experience in the garment industry, particularly in managing high-end outerwear such as down garments, coats, seam seal, laser, and bonding products.
- Minimum 5 years in a senior position, managing at least 1,000 machines.
- Strong understanding of operational and industrial engineering practices, including quality assurance standards.
- Familiarity with automation technologies used in outerwear production.
- Capable of participating in and implementing technical solutions on the production floor.
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide production teams effectively.
- Mature, patient, and able to collaborate well with different teams.
