SALES MANAGER – INTL PHARMA PACKAGING (CIKARANG)

About Our Client

Our client is a multinational packaging company that expanding their business in Pharmaceuticals office is in Cikarang. We would like to invite high skilled, dedicated, motivated and dynamic professionals to be a part of our team and fill in the following position.

Requirements

  • Bachelors in Engineering (Any Discipline)
  • Pharm/M. Pharm ; Management Degree would be an advantage
  • Spoken Local Language (Indonesian) is mandatory.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory
  • Exp 5-8 years in Primary Packaging industry (Glass vials, Ampoules, PVC Blister, API , Excipients , Rubber / Packaging Films)
  • Handling similar Customer database from Packaging industry
  • Knowledge of sales process , specifically in project related business domain.
  • Presentation Skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
  • READY TO WORK IN CIKARANG

Responsibilities

  • Achieve the sales target & New Business Development
  • Ensure growth in sales as per agreed budgets
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers..
  • Prospecting to acquire new projects.
  • Gather market information , including latest information on existing & future customers
  • Negotiating on price , delivery and specifications with buyers and managers.
  • Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
  • Execute business plan for Drug Delivery System  (DDS )  segment in  Indonesia
  • Understand needs of Indonesian pharma & Biopharma market and how Drug Delivery Systems & technologies can most effectively be leveraged.
  • Carrying out market analysis for identifying new business opportunities.
  • Engage client at senior commercial & technical level and maintain key stakeholder relationship throughout.
  • Ability to work in cross functional teams within the company.
  • Analysis report on Market synthesis , delivery route, products ,opportunity(if any) ,conclusion
  • Keep track of competition activities
  • Seek support on order receipt, communication to client on delivery time lines ,shipping documents, sales & pending delivery updates
  • To get required support & input to provide necessary details to clients during project stage. Influence to decide market strategy & business plan.
  • Sales generation, networking, push product & services.
  • Achieving sales budget as defined in objectives
  • Keep track of competition activities.
