About Our Client

Our Client is a Property company with over fifty hectares of land in South of Jakarta ( Head Office in North Jakarta) that compromises of a Small City with Hotels, Offices, Residential and Ruko all in one area.

Requirements

  • A track record with sourcing, recruiting and closing extraordinary talent
  • Strong program management skills
  • Experience designing, assessing, deploying and optimizing talent campaigns and initiatives
  • Experience with defining and presenting recruiting and pipeline metrics and data
  • We’re looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in HR
  • Managed HR department of a company with over 50+ employees

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & selection
    • Utilize all recruitment platforms (i.e., job portals, online job listings, headhunters, etc.) to find suitable talent for vacant positions in the company
    • Filter and review applications to identify suitable candidates
    • Arrange interviews between candidates and relevant users
    • Process all documentation and paperwork relating to employment contract of new employees
  • Implement and execute smooth onboarding process for new employees
  • Compensation and benefit plus taxation
  • Human development
    • Arrange department-specific training requested or required by users to continuously improve skills and achieve departmental goals
  • Company culture
    • Initiate and proactively execute company events and gatherings on a routine basis to encourage inter-department coordination and collegial bonding
    • Arrange and coordinate yearly company offsite
  • Manage health insurance coverage for all employees
    • Assist in claims process for employees
  • Implementation and compliance of HR policies and procedures
  • Monitor attendance and absences for all employees
  • Ensure that all laws and regulations affecting employment are considered in the development and enforcement of policies and procedures
  • Deal with employee-related issues and complaints
  • Ensure all data related to employees – salaries, benefits, attendance, leaves, appointment letters, etc is confidentially stored and updated
