Requirements
- Bachelor Degree from Top University in Business, Economics, Marketing or related major
- Work experience of 8 – 10 years or more in Sales and Marketing functions, must know factors perception of products especially in Paints, Chemicals and Building Materials
- Having experience in Paints Industry is a MUST
- Good communication skill in English and Mandarin written and verbal is a MUST
- Presentable and articulate; excellent communication skills (verbal, non – verbal / written)
- Strong Communication skills
Responsibilities
- Plan for volume, value ( sec and ter.) achievement and activations at key tokos – CML
- Planning on customised support with marketing on collaterals, activation support to boost sales at CML
- Ensuring implementation of corrective action – activations in shops as support to reach the identified metric in sales
- Build relationships with key shops and drive sell in with sales team for key products – Damp Proof, Royale, Tractor Emulsion, New Products
- Responsible for merchandising at all key tokos , ensure delivery of team for strong visibility of all merchandising elements
- Working on setting up painter clubs in all 4 cities and ensure high traction with select CML of the club
- Provide site support to Activation and also coordinate with marketing ,if required
- Influence tokos to nominate key applicators from competition into the club
- Develop Mini Kumpul plans with RSMs on the respective markets and ensure execution by team
- Review effectiveness of agency for activations and implement corrective actions through team
- Custodian of the spend given for activation and ensuring adherence by reviewing / implementing control regularly
