Regional Finance Manager (CPA) – INTL CHEMICAL COMPANY
About Our Client
Our client is a Global MNC company focused on Petrochemical Industry.
Requirements
- At least 15+ years’ experience in Petrochemicals or Chemical Manufacturing Industry
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Finance or Accounting from reputable University
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is a must
- Experience with Hyperion and SAP is preferred
- Strong management and financial accounting background with experience working with banks, loan documents, new facility operations, and working capital negotiation
- Fluency in English is a must (both oral and written)
- Fluency in Mandarin is a plus
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the annual budgeting and to provide the Regional CFO with strategic and commercial support from a financial perspective
- Manage cash-flow budget, forecast, implementing correcting actions and identifying opportunities
- Provide finance support, where it’s necessary, for key negotiation with customers and suppliers
- Ensure key business risks are identified, monitored, and minimized
- Implement an effective control and compliance program, aligned with the international framework, maintaining strong and effective control
- Directs and manage the accounting, finance, billing and collection, cost control, and purchasing functions ensuring effective systems are in place
- Prepare monthly management reports information and provides analysis, interpretation, and projections
- Implements and maintains effective accounting practices and procedures as required by legal regulations
- Establish internal controls and procedures for all revenues and expenses and safeguard all of the assets
