About Our Client

We have been retained by a company that specializes in paper packaging solutions. Our client focuses on providing innovative and eco-friendly packaging options using paper materials. Their products include paper bags, boxes, cartons, and other packaging materials for personal cares, sporting goods, and other day-to-day products.


  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as industrial engineering, quality management, manufacturing, or a related discipline is required.
  • Advanced degrees or certifications in quality management or a related field are preferred.
  • Professional Experience (satisfy at least one of the listed qualifications): 10-15 years of progressive experience in quality planning, quality control, quality assurance, or a related field within the paper packaging manufacturing industry
  • Experience in leading quality control initiatives, developing quality standards, and implementing quality control processes is required.
  • Preferred background includes experience in managing quality teams, working with cross-functional teams, and implementing quality management systems such as ISO 9001.
  • Proficiency in quality control techniques and practices specific to the paper packaging manufacturing industry, including material inspection, process audits, and finished product evaluation.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools, such as statistical process control, root cause analysis, and quality risk management.
  • Experience in developing and delivering quality training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of quality team members and stakeholders.
  • Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret quality metrics, identify trends, and implement corrective actions.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems and standards, such as ISO 9001, and the ability to implement and maintain these systems within the organization.
  • Proficiency in English is preferred, with a focus on moderate language skills.


  • Designing product quality standards:
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine comprehensive quality standards that cover materials, manufacturing processes, finished products, and packaging. This will ensure exceptional quality across our range of packaging products.
  • Identifying and addressing quality risks:
    Take charge of identifying and mitigating quality risks during the production planning stage. This involves implementing proactive measures, conducting risk assessments, and designing robust quality control processes to minimize defects and improve product quality.
  • Developing quality training programs:
    Assess training needs, design training curriculum, and utilize various training methodologies to effectively transfer knowledge and practices related to quality control throughout the organization.
  • Managing the quality team:
    Provide effective leadership and supervision to the quality team. This includes setting clear expectations, defining roles and responsibilities, and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
