About Our Client

We have been retained by a global fragrance / perfume / personal care / home care ingredients marketing and manufacturing company who have rapid growth and expansion plans in APAC. We are looking for an experienced and professional Country Head with strong Marketing and Sales experience (B2B business), Leadership and People Development, to drive growth and expansion in Indonesia.

Whilst we prefer candidate with related experience in Fragrance, Perfumes, food essence or related industry, candidates with strong leadership in related industry, FMCG, Retail, Beauty or Cosmetics are also welcome to apply .

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Business, Marketing & Engineering
  • Experience of at least 10 years in Business Management and in Senior Sales Positions, minimum 5 years in People Management
  • Significant experience in Fragrance Industry preferred however also open to other related Industry .
  • Good knowledge of BOTH spoken and written English is a must for communication with overseas Clients and customers .

  • Drive regional SEA strategy as member of SEA Senior Leadership Team


Country Management

  • Drive performance and lead day-to-day cross functional operations in the country of location
  • Responsible for P&L and sustainable profitable growth
  • Ensure that The Company meets legal requirements within geographical scope


People Leadership & Development

  • Build excellent and effective team structure supporting strategic targets and sustainable profitable growth
  • Recruit, mentor and train cross-functional teams in the defined geographical area
