HR Director (Food Production) – Bali
About Our Client
Our client is an innovative food production business pioneering in cashew nut processing, combining sustainable, eco-friendly practices and community development.
We are working with them to place an HR Director.
Location: Bali, Indonesia
Requirements
- Relevant experience of at least 10 – 15 years with minimum 5 years in key HR management ; Experience in Food Manufacturing industry is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or equivalent;
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills;
- Organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Good time management with proven ability to meet deadlines;
- Highly skilled and capable in analysis and problem-solving;
- Strong leadership and teamwork;
- Able to adapt with organization and employee needs;
- Sound prioritization and delegation capabilities;
- Knowledgeable in employment laws and regulations;
- Skilled in Ms Office Suite or equivalent system;
- Experience and expertise in at least 1 HRIS & talent management system;
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (verbal & written).
- Must be willing to move to Bali
Responsibilities
- Handle recruiting and hiring work along with training;
- Oversee day-to-day workflow of HR dept. and team growth;
- Provide constructive and timely performance evaluation;
- Manage employee relations and ensure compliance to company policies;
- Facilitate professional development, training, and certifications of HR staffs;
- Responsible for departmental budget implementations;
- Improve policy, work flow, systems to support team goals.
- Work closely with senior leadership to understand organization goals and staffing strategies;
- Ensure legal compliance and oversee end-to-end HR operations;
- Lead recruiting and retention activities;
- Guide initiatives, policy implementation, other processes, training, and feedback / surveys to support organization growth strategies;
- Work with key management on policy development as required;
- Identify staffing needs and execute best practices in hiring, talent acquisition & management;
- Initiate research and analysis of organization trends;
- Review HRIS / talent management system reports and metrics;
- Ensures compliance with employment laws and regulations;
- Reviews existing policies and practices to maintain compliance;
- Monitor trends, best HR practices, and new technologies supporting HR function;
- Apply the necessary knowledge and understanding to communicate policy changes, resource requirements, and organization practices to senior management;
- Be responsible for employee wellbeing and safety;
- Improve headcount to revenue ratio, meet talent needs, and maintain low turnover.
