Requirements

  • At least 5 years’ experience in a Sales Manager role in a technology and/or industrial environment
  • Engineering Degree or relevant experience and proven track record
  • Independent, extensive IT knowledge and Engineering background in Mechanical or Electrical
  • Extensive and detailed knowledge of water metering ; experience in Water Industry or water utility background is preferred
  • Working experience in International Company is preferred
  • Highly sales driven and result oriented
  • Able to work under pressure and submit timely report
  • Cross-boundary collaboration
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management
  • Excellent English skills (both oral and written)
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Able to travel extensively within the Country

Responsibilities

  • Own the relationship and manage the results of the Channel Partners in Indonesia ; including all aspects of the Partner relationship from sales, marketing, and providing technical support
  • Sales responsibility for the delivery of revenue through the Distributors, Resellers, and other Third Party Sales in Indonesia
  • Make regular visits to the Customers or Partners, reports back through management key opportunities, issues in a timely manner
  • Support and execute Metrology business strategies in Indonesia
  • Leverage experience across Organization to deliver Partner Support
  • Project pursuit and timely sales funnel reporting
  • Work closely with the Company’s Sales Teams to execute synergy and joint project pursuit
  • Support the Marketing team on customer seminar, roadshow, and exhibition with partners
  • Provide technical sales and application support to partners and customers
  • Assist the Sales Director on all sales and marketing related activities to meet the Company’s objectives
