Requirements
- At least 5 years’ experience in a Sales Manager role in a technology and/or industrial environment
- Engineering Degree or relevant experience and proven track record
- Independent, extensive IT knowledge and Engineering background in Mechanical or Electrical
- Extensive and detailed knowledge of water metering ; experience in Water Industry or water utility background is preferred
- Working experience in International Company is preferred
- Highly sales driven and result oriented
- Able to work under pressure and submit timely report
- Cross-boundary collaboration
- Self-motivated with excellent time management
- Excellent English skills (both oral and written)
- Excellent coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Able to travel extensively within the Country
Responsibilities
- Own the relationship and manage the results of the Channel Partners in Indonesia ; including all aspects of the Partner relationship from sales, marketing, and providing technical support
- Sales responsibility for the delivery of revenue through the Distributors, Resellers, and other Third Party Sales in Indonesia
- Make regular visits to the Customers or Partners, reports back through management key opportunities, issues in a timely manner
- Support and execute Metrology business strategies in Indonesia
- Leverage experience across Organization to deliver Partner Support
- Project pursuit and timely sales funnel reporting
- Work closely with the Company’s Sales Teams to execute synergy and joint project pursuit
- Support the Marketing team on customer seminar, roadshow, and exhibition with partners
- Provide technical sales and application support to partners and customers
- Assist the Sales Director on all sales and marketing related activities to meet the Company’s objectives
