Sales Executive (Mechanical Components) – BATAM
About Our Client
We have been retained by one of our clients who provide hardware solutions to customers for their mechanical applications.
We are working with them to place a Sales Executive who is expected to contribute significantly towards the business growth and customer acquisition in both Jakarta & Batam.
Location: Batam, Indonesia
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent;
- Experienced in customer account management;
- Track record in driving consumer growth and new business acquisition;
- Experience and network with the electronics, home appliance, electrical / power industries;
- Good communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability to maintain and build customer relationships;
- Driven to achieve and grow sales targets;
- Attention to detail;
- Proficiency in English is desirable;
- Willing to work in Batam.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer accounts and meet sales growth and profit targets set by the management;
- Maintain customer relationships and grow network in the electronics, home appliance, electrical & power sectors;
- Drive solutions both internally and externally;
- Customer acquisitions for target achievement and sales growth;
- Comply with management decisions and needs on use of sales tools and driving sales initiatives discussed with the group;
- Work with internal team to provide accurate service for customer’s needs;
- Review contract terms and carry out negotiations as required;
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports to keep the management informed on sales, price, margins, customer accounts, and business development activities.
