General Manager Sales and Fulfilment – Auto Tech E-Commerce

About Our Client

We are working on behalf of Unicorn Auto Tech E-Commerce and already built the business in India, UAE, Australia and South East Asia and now is looking for GM Sales and Fulfillment. This role will report to the Sales Head for Indonesia and will be based in Jakarta.


  • 5 years of experience in sales and customer operations in Indonesia/SEA, a strong educational background and a good understanding of the Indonesian auto industry is preferred
  • Have experience with high-growth startup experience is an advantage
  • Any B2C auto experience with OEMs, large B2C dealerships, used cars platforms is an advantage
  • Ability to build communication and talk effectively with others in both English and Bahasa would be an advantage
  • Drive and hustle for continually developing and running sales operations efficiently
  • Strong analytical ability with a data-driven approach to making decisions
  • Excellent people skills, an ability to collaborate with different stakeholders and apply a cross-functional mindset
  • Have skills to learn fast and transfer knowledge
  • Working hard attitude, take a fast-paced environment as a challenge, and creating fun while doing so


  • End-to-end management of the sales and customer fulfilment operation from booking confirmation to car delivery to provide the best car buying experience for the customer:
    ○ Secure stable test drive experience
    ○ Drive high conversion rate from test drive to actual purchase
    ○ Manage delivery of cars to the consumer
    ○ Comprehensive customer experience in fulfilment
    ○ Creating a sales function for the vehicle and VAS
  • Along with the Sales Head, grow the sales project for every month including delivery fulfilment, customer satisfaction, etc.
  • Shape and manage a cross-functional team of Sales Ops, Delivery and Fulfilment Associates to ensure high customer conversions and consistently striving to reduce time from Test drive to Car delivery
  • Define metrics, team incentives, team structure and processes to achieve business goals
  • Ensure KPIs delivery:
    ○ Ensure high conversion from Test drive to Sales
    ○ High Customer NPS, High Customer conversions, Low internal TAT
    ○ Ensure greater penetration of VAS
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders from sourcing, operations, finance to ensure sales and fulfilment process is run smoothly
