Digital Marketing Manager – E-SPORTS PLATFORM STARTUP

About Our Client

Our client is a leading and a Sequoia funded mobile gaming E-sports platform startup. They currently have over 40 games on their platform and they hit 5 billion games played within a year of starting up. They’re looking to place a Digital Marketing Manager for their Indonesia business.


  • At least 4 years’ experience in a data intensive role at a mobile-native internet company
  • Familiar with mobile app user engagement tools such as Appsflyer or similar mobile attribution tools is a must ; Clevertap or similar app engagement platform is a plus
  • Expert proficiency in Ms. Excel or Google Sheets is required
  • Strong time management skills ; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and to multi-tasks while coordinating with multiple stakeholders
  • Fluency in English is required (both oral and written)


  • Manage the performance marketing budget and ensure that User Acquisition, Depositor, and User Retention performance reach the business plan objectives
  • Manage all digital marketing and performance channels including but not limited to Biddable, Affiliate, Third Party Appstore, and SEO Portfolios
  • Manage and optimize performance of the Company’s media buying agency to continually meet the business objectives
  • Establish direct media partner relationships and develop new cost-effective acquisition channels
  • Identify root causes of issues in daily channels operation and develop both practical solutions and new processes or models to improve it
  • Translate complex online marketing data into easily understandable insights for other relevant teams or senior management
  • Be creative and think out-of-the-box to identify different initiatives that could improve user experience and maximize user activation
