Commercial Excellence Manager – ESPORTS & MOBILE GAMING

About Our Client

Our client is one of the largest e-sports and mobile gaming platforms in Asia backed by prominent venture funds. They have over 40 games on their platform with multiple mainstream as well as indie game developers as their partners.

They’re looking to place a Commercial Excellence Manager for their Indonesia business.

Requirements

  • Around 3 – 5 years of relevant work experience in the related field;
  • Must be proficient in English, reporting will be to an expatriate;
  • Background in advertising agencies, particularly front-end media buying experience is preferred;
  • Proven ability to negotiate and close deals ranging from tactical, mid-size opportunities, up to strategic, large, and more complex deals.
  • Experience with contract benchmarking;
  • Worked on cost evaluations and with external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Drive commercial excellence process and support systems;
  • Help commercial team in optimizing sales efforts and utilization of resources in the most efficient manner;
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders and build strong network across functions;
  • Strategize to find cost-effective deals and suppliers;
  • Establish and implement metrics and action plans for deal conversion and returns;
  • Provide maximum support in budgeting, strategies, and investment planning;
  • Ensure process alignment between commercial, operations, finance, and legal functions;
  • Implement best ways to cut procurement expenses and help the business extract best value for resources.
