About Our Client

Our client is a leading automotive platform providing consumers with a unique automobile buying / selling experience and we are working with them to place an AVP with experience in selling programmatic marketing advertising, has link or connection with publisher and agency.


  • Grad / Post Grad. degree preferred from top 10 college
  • Preferably 10+ years of experience in account management, sales, Digital Advertising, Agency
    relations, experience.
  • Experience of Managing more than 10 Billion Annual Revenue
  • Have great connections with the Top Management of the Agencies.
  • Very strong analytical and communication skills, in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Experience aligning and driving cross functional groups
  • Passionate about working in entrepreneurial set-ups and creating/managing a business
  • Must have knowledge about the platforms across the different Digital Media.
  • Strong knowledge about the Programmatic Business and the platforms.
  • Knows current update of Digital planning and buying methodology.
  • Should be able to create media plans and strategies for the brands as per the brand’s requirement
  • Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities
  • Top notch communication skills to convey key insights from complex analysis in summarized
    business terms
  • Results-driven and ability to handle many projects
  • Strong interpersonal and time-management skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint


  • Trade pipeline ownership of Key OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Accounts for our client. This is a cross functional ownership across our client’s lines of business.
  • Managing and building good communication and relationships with the Agencies.
  • Running the Programmatic Business.
  • Have a great experience in terms of revenue building and handling for the brands.
  • Without supervision, can develop new customers & build business
  • Should have handled client facing work
  • Work with CXOs & Sales Heads and senior management teams of Auto OEMs in Indonesia helping
    them leverage capabilities across platforms
  • Up-selling / Cross-selling solutions to clients
  • Work with other department for timely deliverables to the client
  • Knows the client requirements and can imagine how the range of product offerings can grow
    their business
  • Forging strategic partnerships in digital space, marketing campaign execution, identifying
    opportunities for business development
  • Managing the CPS Business for respective account, if applicable
