Hiring during COVID 19 pandemic was done using remote interviewing technique only with softwares such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Cisco Webex. One of the growing areas, now is artificial intelligence which has completely revolutionized the ways of sourcing, identifying and engaging the talented individuals. The added advantage of AI is that it helps in removing the bias which is present in candidate identification, selection as well as hiring. There is also  the presence of recruitment chatbots which helps in engaging the candidates and provides the relevant and needed information when they search. These chatbots are user friendly and gives accurate responses during human interactions. The organizations in 2021 are looking for ways and means for enhancing the inclusiveness of the employees by identifying and bringing a wide diversity of the candidates into their pool of talent acquisition. However, there are challenges and bias which one needs to tackle.
