• Endah is the Senior HR Consultant of PT. Potentia HR Consulting and has over 5 years experience with middle manager to senior level recruitment project mostly for multinational clients from various industries such as in Fast Moving Consumer Goods, Pharmaceutical, Telecommunication, Retail, Banking, Manufacturing and Industrial.
• Endah's previous assignments were with : a) Bo Le Associate, a Hong Kong base Executive Search Consultant b) market analyst and social research activities for inter university projects between the University of Indonesia, the Groningen University - the Netherlands, and de La Salle University – the Philippines; and other big projects for Local and International Government Institution.
• She graduated from the University of Indonesia, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences with major in Sociology, and a Master degree in Organization and Industrial Psychology.
• Endah is visiting guest guest Lecturer in the University of Indonesia and Inter Study School of Public Relation. She is also actively involved as a Social Worker in Non Government Organization (NGO).
